Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Shelley Milano is retiring and will no longer serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer as of the end of September. Under Ms. Milano’s leadership, the role has been restructured to allow separate human resources leadership teams for each of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works going forward.
