Maly Bernstein is Chief Commercial Officer at Bath & Body Works, where she leads all marketplace channels that connect the brand with consumers wherever and however they choose to shop. She oversees Stores, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Loyalty in North America, driving integrated, end-to-end execution across the commercial organization.
Bernstein brings deep experience leading growth and transformation across beauty and retail. Most recently, she served as CEO of Bluemercury, where she led a business turnaround and delivered 18 consecutive quarters of growth. Prior to Bluemercury, she led the multi-billion-dollar Beauty & Personal Care division at CVS Health, and later the company’s E-commerce and omnichannel business during a period of rapid digital acceleration. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, advising leading reta.il and consumer companies on strategy and growth.
Bernstein earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
Veronique Gabai-Pinsky is Chief Brand & Product Officer at Bath & Body Works, where she leads the company’s brand, product, creative and design organization. She is responsible for advancing the brand’s consumer proposition, accelerating innovation, elevating the product experience and deepening consumers’ connection to the brand.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning beauty, fragrance, fashion and luxury, Gabai-Pinsky has built a career creating brands, products and experiences that resonate with consumers around the world. Before joining Bath & Body Works, she founded her namesake fragrance brand, Veronique Gabai, and previously served as President of the Vera Wang Group. She also spent 13 years at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she held senior leadership roles, including Global President of the company’s fragrance division and independent skincare brands. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Symrise, Guerlain and L’Oréal.
Gabai-Pinsky earned her master’s in marketing from Essec Business School and a degree in business from CERAM Business School.
David Andrew Meeting serves as the SVP, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. He has been with the Company for almost eight years, with over twenty-three years of combined service when including his roles at LBrands, Inc. and its legacy organizations. He has held a number of senior positions across the Company, including most recently as Senior Vice President and Controller for the past four years. He started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Meeting earned his bachelor’s degree at Miami University.
Tom Javitch was appointed interim chief financial officer in June 2026. He has been with the company for more than sixteen years, with a combined twenty-five years of service when including his roles at LBrands, Inc. and its legacy organizations. He has held a number of senior finance leadership roles across the Company, including most recently as Executive Vice President of Brand Finance for the past thirteen years.
Javitch earned his bachelor’s degree at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his M.B.A. at Georgetown University.
Daniel is a passionate and innovative leader with over two decades of experience executing transformational growth strategies across consumer goods, media, retail, and technology sectors. As Head of Nike Direct, Heaf oversaw 45,000 employees in 9,000 stores across 41 countries, managing the global direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. Under his leadership, Nike’s DTC business grew from $10.4 billion in 2018 to $22.3 billion in 2023. He also launched and expanded Nike’s portfolio of digital apps, including the Nike App, Nike Run Club, Nike Training Club, and SNKRS. Most recently, Heaf was Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Nike, where he built the Company’s Transformation Office and developed Nike’s corporate, functional, consumer, and geography strategies. Prior to Nike, Heaf served as Senior Vice President of Digital, Digital Marketing, Customer Service & Data at Burberry, where he helped reposition the brand as a digital innovator. At Burberry, Heaf increased digital sales from 5% to 15% and pioneered the livestreaming of fashion shows in partnership with Apple.
Tom Mazurek serves as Chief Supply Chain & Logistics Officer, overseeing Bath & Body Works’ end-to-end global supply chain—including global production, sourcing, distribution, and last-mile delivery. He leads an integrated organization that connects the “make” and “move” functions, ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality products from concept to customer, across stores and homes worldwide. All the while, building a supply chain that is agile, innovative, and customer-centric, and advancing the company’s enterprise ESG strategies.
Mazurek joined the Company in 2000. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on progressively larger roles and initiatives at the Company, including being a key contributor to Beauty Park, a business park that includes several key Company vendors within close proximity to the Company’s Columbus, Ohio distribution centers and headquarters. Earlier in his career, Mazurek worked in operational roles with Hasbro and Mattel. He earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York City and received an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo.
