Biography

Tom Mazurek serves as Chief Supply Chain & Logistics Officer, overseeing Bath & Body Works’ end-to-end global supply chain—including global production, sourcing, distribution, and last-mile delivery. He leads an integrated organization that connects the “make” and “move” functions, ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality products from concept to customer, across stores and homes worldwide. All the while, building a supply chain that is agile, innovative, and customer-centric, and advancing the company’s enterprise ESG strategies.

Mazurek joined the Company in 2000. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on progressively larger roles and initiatives at the Company, including being a key contributor to Beauty Park, a business park that includes several key Company vendors within close proximity to the Company’s Columbus, Ohio distribution centers and headquarters. Earlier in his career, Mazurek worked in operational roles with Hasbro and Mattel. He earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York City and received an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo.
